I'm Ava Snee — designer, systems strategist, and consultant. I help people build websites that tell their real story, use AI as genuine cognitive support, and create sustainable structure for their work and life.
Business sites, personal life sites for neurodivergent individuals, trip planners, wedding websites, and flyers. Custom-built around what you need — not what a template assumes you need.
Custom AI workflows built around how you actually think — not generic prompts. I help people use AI as genuine cognitive support: reducing decision fatigue, cutting repetitive work, and creating clarity instead of more noise.
Resume strategy, LinkedIn positioning, networking, and career storytelling — especially for students, new grads, and people mid-pivot. Built on real recruiting knowledge and human-centered strategy, not generic advice.
For people who've tried every productivity system and watched them fall apart. I work with neurodivergent individuals and anyone whose brain doesn't run linearly — building systems that actually fit instead of fighting you.
Most consultants specialize in one lane. They're either a career coach, a web designer, or an AI consultant. The problem is that the people I work with don't live in one lane — they're figuring out who they are, what they're building, and how to get out of their own way, all at once.
I combine systems thinking, AI implementation, career strategy, executive function support, and web design not because I couldn't pick one — but because the real work happens where those things overlap.
I moved to South Carolina from Pittsburgh at 16. That kind of transition — landing somewhere new, having to figure out who you are from scratch — taught me more about adaptability and self-direction than anything else.
At Clemson I studied Economics and ended up leading 20 interns as Chief of Staff at the Career Innovation Lab, building AI literacy programs and career coaching systems from the ground up. Before that, I worked across four startups in roles ranging from operations to social media to logistics — at one point managing wholesale production for over 1,000 product orders while building customer support systems in Excel.
What I kept noticing: the most capable people I knew were the most overwhelmed. Not because they lacked ability — because the systems around them assumed a linear, neurotypical way of thinking that most people don't actually have. They were trying to force their brains into frameworks built for someone else.
Thrive By Design is the answer I kept wishing existed — a practice that combines systems thinking, AI tools, career strategy, and web design in service of one idea: build structure that works for how you actually think, not how you're supposed to think.
Whether you're launching a business, planning a wedding, documenting a trip, or just need a digital space that actually reflects who you are — I build it custom. No templates. No generic layouts.
I also design flyers and print-ready materials for events, businesses, and personal projects. If you need it to look good and communicate clearly, I can help.
We dig into your goals, audience, and what success looks like for you.
Custom mockups built for your review. You give feedback, we refine until it feels right.
Clean, fast, mobile-first development. No bloat, no shortcuts.
Review, final revisions, and a confident launch — with support after.
Most people use AI reactively — a quick question here, a draft there. That's fine, but it's not cognitive support. I help people build actual AI workflows: systems that reduce decision fatigue, handle repetitive thinking, and match how their brain naturally works.
No buzzwords. No "prompt hacks." Just practical systems you can actually run.
AI-assisted planning systems that match your energy and priorities
Draft, triage, and respond faster without losing your voice
Research, note-taking, essay drafting, and study systems
Résumé tailoring, LinkedIn optimization, and interview prep with AI
Client communication, proposals, and admin on autopilot
ADHD-friendly AI systems that reduce decision fatigue
I work with students, new grads, and people mid-pivot who are smart, capable, and completely stuck. Together we untangle what's actually happening and build structure that's specific to you — not a generic five-step framework.
Available in person in Charlotte, NC and the Clemson, SC area — or virtually anywhere.

Too much going on, no clear place to start. Everything feels urgent and nothing actually moves. That's a structure problem, not a discipline problem.
You're not sure what you want, or you know what you want but can't figure out the path. Career decisions feel impossible without a real framework to think through them.
You've tried productivity systems. They work for two weeks and fall apart. Generic advice assumes a linear brain — yours doesn't work that way, and that's not a flaw.
Navigating career, identity, and life simultaneously is a lot. Resume strategy, LinkedIn, internship positioning — I've helped 150+ people work through this.
Doing a lot, feeling hollow. High output, low meaning. This usually means the structure of your work doesn't match your actual values and energy — and that's fixable.
Career change, industry switch, life transition. You want to make an intentional choice, not just land wherever the path of least resistance takes you.
Pick the one that resonates most right now. I'll show you what to focus on first.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and moved to South Carolina at 16. That transition — landing somewhere unfamiliar and having to figure out who you are from scratch — shaped how I think about adaptability, identity, and what it actually takes to build structure when the ground keeps moving.
At Clemson I studied Economics, served as Chief of Staff at the Career Innovation Lab leading 20 interns, and built AI literacy programs and coaching frameworks from the ground up. Before that I worked across four startups in operations, social media strategy, and logistics — at one point managing wholesale production for over 1,000 orders while running customer support systems in Excel.
I naturally became the person people came to when they were stuck — not for motivation, but for a clearer picture of what was actually going on and a system they could actually follow. Thrive By Design is the formal version of that.
